MEET THE BROKER
MARCI KING has been involved with real estate since 2004 when her husband Bucky King started purchasing rental properties. By 2007 they had obtained around 70 rental properties and she started as a commercial realtor with CB Richard Ellis.
The following year she transferred her license to residential real estate, Keller Williams. Bucky and Marci opened up the franchise Homevestors - We Buy Ugly Houses. They have been an active franchisee since 2008 where they flip, wholesale, and rent approximately 50 homes per year.
Their daughter, Molly King, joined the family business in 2013. Marci transferred her license to Chinowth & Cohen and remained with the brokerage from 2009-2023. Marci and Bucky reached up to 120 rental properties at one time. However, over the years they have downsized to a manageable 75 units including multi-family, industrial, and single-family homes.

After obtaining a double major in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State, he was recruited to work for one of the top accounting firms in the world, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Upon earning his CPA and transitioning to a finance position at a local Tulsa company he started buying his own real estate investment properties and quickly discovered his passion for the industry.
